Some technical changes.

As I am deleting my github account, the github link will stop working in one week.

The RSS feed is now working (see https://oelnbod.gitlab.io/index.xml).

There is also now favicon images, so you can see my face in your tab bar, rather than the Vortisil (my theme) logo.
